By accessing or using IndexEZ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
IndexEZ provides tools to submit URLs, monitor indexing status, and manage indexing workflows. You are responsible for URLs you submit and must have the right to request indexing for those pages.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate laws, spam search engines, submit malicious URLs, or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
4. No guarantee of indexing
IndexEZ does not guarantee that any URL will be crawled or indexed by Google or other search engines. Indexing decisions are made solely by search providers.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexEZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
